Creality Filament Sensor with Guide

Creality Filament Sensor with Guide

prusaprinters

<p>This design uses the original extruder mount as a base mount for a filament runout sensor, consisting of a creality z-stop switch. In my case the switch labeled with "2030". The author of the <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3352422">original filament sensor</a>, which I use here, tested the design with an "1830".</p> <p>For my switch I didn't need any screws to fix the board. Your mileage may vary.</p> <p>I removed the cable guides, as i don't need them.</p> <p>These are my first steps in CAD (Even if it is only a remix), so please be gentle.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 5</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>No</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.12</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>15%</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> Das Filament PLA Black</p> <p><br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong></p> </p><div><p>Printed on a Ender 5 Pro Microswiss DirectDrive Extruder</p></div> </p></p></p> Category: 3D Printer Accessories
