Creality3D Ender 3 S1 Max Spool Bearing

Another spool bearing for a 3d printer. I drew this up to add a spool bearing to the stock Creality Ender 3 S1 Max. The spool pin is a quarter turn cam lock to the holder arm, but the pin itself is flanged on both sides, which presents challenges. I decided to split the inner race and have meshing claws on both to align and retain the inner race to the spool pin. The bearing balls are 6mm airsoft and this will take about 80 or so. There are ball loading ports on the races with a 1 way taper going in. NOTE: Once you start loading bearing balls, it is very difficult to unload them, and often times you will need to destroy the outer race to disassemble it to the point of clipping the inner race to the spool peg. Installed like in the pics, you cam the spool peg to unlock and remove the spool assembly. Slide the spool off to change or unload the printer. When installed, the spool is captured on both sides without the need for additional parts to retain the spool on an open ended bearing. NOTE: Make sure to orient the inner race halves so that there is one ball loading port on each end. It is possible to orient them so that both are on one side and none on the other, which makes loading balls on the portless side a bit unpossible.
