CREASEE EXTERNAL MOSFET REVERSIBLE MOD CS30

I designed this mod. Feel free to do anything you like with it, except no selling of printed parts or stls. This is a completely 100% reversible mod for the Creasee CS30. The CS30 usually has a Robin Nano v1.3 or a v2.0 board. These boards have a mosfet on them to power, the hotbed, hotend (1 and 2), and fans. The bed itself consumes about 260 watts when heating. This is a lot of current and will stress your mosfet on the board. The mosfet is soldered to the board for cooling, but that is not the best option. For about $4 you can buy an external mosfet board rated for 20-30 Amps. This is much larger than we need but it will stay cool even while heating the bed at 260 watts. If the mosfet on the external board blows, your motherboard will still be good. This saves your motherboard. There are many sites on the internet showing you how to wire this up. Basically, the hotend terminals + and - from the mobo go to the control + and - on the ext mosfet board. This is how it turns the external mosfet off and on. Then you wire 24V from the power supply to the Input/DC on the ext mosfet board, this is the supply current for the hotbed. Then the outputs/heatbed from the ext mosfet go to the hotbed. Pay attention to polarities as marked. This part will hold the ext mosfet board, and then you just use a bit of hot glue to glue it in. The mount then goes between the edge of the motherboard with all the power connections and the side of the bottom of the case. The side already has a M3 hole thru the side. You line the m3 hole with the center of vertical tab and mark the spot. Drill a hole and then use a M3x8 and a nut to secure to the case. Enjoy! Also, check out the new Reddit sub Creasee3D
