Creative Zen Mosaic Handlebar Clamp and clip

Had a friend that wanted to mount his Creative Zen Mosiac MP3 player on his Harley and then plug it into the stereo amp. I scratch-designed this in Autodesk Inventor and then printed it in ABS on a Makerbot 2X. The Zen player "pops" into the holder and can be released by pushing through the hole in the back of the clip. It will NOT vibrate out. The handlebar clamp must be printed in ABS or PET+ or a similar material for the "living hinge" to work. PVA would be too brittle. When done in ABS or PET+ the living hinge will open far enough to go around the bar, and then can be clamped with the hardware. I wouldn't do this too many times if using ABS though, it will ultimately turn white and fail. PET+ is less of a problem. Instructions I printed this in ABS at 101% to compensate for shrink. It would be better to print the handlebar clamp in PET+ (or a similar flexible material) if you have it. The hardware is all 6-32 stainless, although there are probably metric fasteners that will come close enough to work.
