hello, in this box, the experiences of the last time flowed in. i wanted to build a box that closes securely but is also easy to open with one hand, without losing a fingernail. therefore a sliding lock. the box can hold about 12 credit cards and small change or a lot of business cards. the inside dimensions are for the standard size of cards: 85.6 x 54mm / 3.37" x 2.125". the outer dimensions of the box are: 90.5 x 65 x 16.5 mm / 3.56" x 2.56" x 0.65". the lid and the bottom part are connected with a steel wire. the wire should be 83-88mm long and 0.8mm in diameter. use e.g. a straight bent paper clip or welding wire. a countersunk screw M3 x 6mm is needed for the lock. https://youtu.be/f1UrloPCuCw
