Credit Card Wallet

A small wallet sized to hold credit cards. Locks securely closed. There are small bumps to grip the edges of the cards to prevent them from falling out. Wallet and WalletClip can hold a stack of cards roughly 10mm thick. WalletThick can hold a stack of cards roughly 14mm thick. WalletClip has an integrated money clip on the outside. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in E-Sun PLA+. Two perimeters with a 0.5mm nozzle. Cooling fan enabled (definitely needed for the end of the print) This prints as once piece. The only difference between model A, B, and C is the distance between the bumps to hold the cards in place. Print one of the test fit models and try your cards in that to see which one grips them the best without bending them too much. The test fit will apply to the WalletClip and the WalletThick files as the fit that is being tested is how well it can grip a single card. Post-Printing You will need to apply a little force to break the hinge free. For the WalletClip version, you will need to snap off the support for the clip. I had some success sanding mine with various grits of sand paper and finishing off with a 600 grit wet sand to really smooth it out.
