Crevice Tool

Crevice Tool

I made this because we didn't have a crevice tool to fit our main vacuum. I designed it to fit the tapered end of a vacuum extension that goes from 31.85mm diameter down to 30.6mm over a length of 30mm. I gave it some slack, but then it ended up with a loose fit. A layer of gaffers tape on the inside of the crevice tool made it a snug fit. the total height of the tool is 195mm to fit vertically in an Ultimaker 2. I printed it with a .4 nozzle, .15 layers, 18% infill.. and it seems very sturdy.I used brim to make sure it adhered well to the build plate because the walls are only 2mm thick. I printed in PLA which has great layer bonding... I doubt it would work in ABS, unless you know how to avoid layer cracking on tall objects.
