Version 2 of the cricket bail is closer to the original bail with the bulges. Test revealed, upright printing doesn't give enough strength, direct hits did break the bails (red) The white bails are printed horizontally, with a small block on the side to motivate the slice to keep it off the board, slightly better bottom part of the spheres. Instructions Printed upright, height is around 110 mm. shorter end to the bottom to minimize support material. Used 40% infill, not strong enough for direct hit. h.stl is a horizontal off-bed print, which should give better strength, due to force lines through the length of the bail. Test scheduled, will report result.
