On my Cricut Explorer Air my 12x12 mat was always flopping down while it was going back and forth while cutting. I designed this to help keep it stay in a straight plane while printing etc. Hopefully when i have some more time on my hands i will try to do a 12x24 mat solution as well. :) Hope this helps you out.
