This is the model of the stand/holder for the IDC crimping tool. It's very inconvenient when the tool is lying on a table while you need to use it to crimp the IDC connector that is barely attached to a flat ribbon cable. The stand helps to keep the tool in the vertical position, ready to be easily picked up.
