The included file is designed for a lamp with an inside diameter of 100x100 inches. To customize the parameters, open the F360 file and make the necessary adjustments. I have included numerous settings to fine-tune your design. **Custom Parameters** LED_Hole: Enter the radius of the non-flanged area of the LED. Be sure to consider the springs when taking measurements. LED_Top: Specify the flange radius on the top of the LED. Cover_Raise: Adjust the visible height of the base. Increasing this value can result in a flush installation, but I prefer an unevenly lit appearance. Spacer_Length: Determine how much to raise the LED. A minimum height equal to that of the LED and some extra space for heat dissipation is recommended. Setting this value to zero allows you to use your own metal components, which are slightly fragile but sturdy enough once assembled. Diffuser_Height (Optional): If a diffuser is desired, enter its height here. However, large LEDs may require modifications due to limited space. Cover_Wall_Thickness: Specify the thickness of the cover to ensure a flush installation. I recommend using 4 squares in each corner for added stability. Cover_Length (Height): Measure the inside of your cover with calipers and enter it with a 0.2mm- to 0.5mm-reduction, depending on the accuracy of your printer. Cover_Width: Enter the width of your cover, taking into account any non-square shapes.
