Croquet Malet Pad

Croquet Malet Pad

I got my daughter a croquet set from goodwill for 5 bucks. Not a bad price. Looked to be iun great condition till we got home and she hit the ball. The pad split and fell off the mallet. So I decided to print a new one using Flex-PLA. All I had was red but who cares. I did add a small pad in the center where there is a gap between the cap and the wood only to help prevent it from destroying the flexible pla printed part. I may take it back out though because I know it reduces the impact (with it out) and I think that's the way it supposed to be. Right now it will give more impact and may give an unfair advantage on the game. But if they all have it who cares right? lol I printed at .27 (don't care about looks its only gonna beat the balls and grass) RAFTS only because I have had issues with Flex-PLA. Infill I did at 30% but I don't think it would matter much. This was a no brand name Croquet set, I think they are standard though from what I can remember when I was a child and played with them.
