This is loosely based on the [Ham / CB Crossarm Mountings] (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:842211) thing but yet not quite a remix. It is designed to do the following: 1.) Mount an Ed Fong DBJ-1 dual band ham radio antenna to a "military style" aluminum mast pole. The antenna is housed inside a class 200 PVC pipe and the mount is sized accordingly. 2.) A Cross Beam Mast mount which attached to the military styl;e pole and accepts a 3/4" square aluminum square profile as the cross beam element. 3.) A Mount for a Mini-whip antenna as sold by RA0SMS 4.) A mount for a Tempest Weather station. Aside from the 3D printed parts you will need the following bits of hardware: 1.) 4x 1/4"-20 2-1/2" stainless steel machine screws and nuts 2.) 1x 3/4" square aluminum profile 3.) 1x 1/4"-20 1-1/2" stainless steel machine screw and nut (for tempest mount) 4.) 4x #8 stainless steel machine screw 1/2" or 5/8" long with nuts. 5.) Small sheet metal scrws can be used optionally to attach the mounts to the cross beam. (optional). STEP files are included if you need to make adjustments for some other type of mount.
