Cross cut paper shredder gear

This is a replacement drive gear for the gearbox of a domestic cross-cut paper shredder. Mine is "Script" branded originally sold by Aldi in the UK, but there are many similar. The original gear is plastic and the teeth sheer off with wear or if the shredder jams (it's driven by a metal gear on the motor). The drive gear has 47 helical gear teeth at a 28 degree angle. This is driven by a mains powered electric motor. A smaller 10 tooth metric reduction gear drives another plastic gear in the gearbox, which in turn drives the shredder rollers. I printed this in PLA and it seems be holding up well so far, avoiding having to throw a £30 shredder away. I wouldn't be surprised if it wears more quickly than the original, but it's easy to re-print and replace - just make sure you spread grease over all the teeth before use! I would also suggest a fairly high resolution to avoid a rough finish on the helical gear faces. I used 0.12mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.
