Cross Cut Sled For Saw Stop Saws

This is a HUGE cross cut sled designed around the Saw Stop saws. It has aluminum runners for stability with varying humidity. The fences are 8/4 hardwood. There are aluminum strips set into the top of them for strength and a groove on the front of the rear fence where a T-slot could go. Or not. Most people I see build these offset them to the left (more room on the left of the blade slot) but I did this one to the right since most table saws, in the US anyway, have more room on the right. For an excellent video on how to make a crosscut sled VERY accurately, see- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbG-n--LFgQ I have built one per his instructions and it worked very well.
