This structural member, comprising only four formed sheet metal plates in version 001 and just two parts in version 002, offers simplicity and efficiency. The box is machine-welded with 3/16 fillets on the outside, featuring a pre-welded bevel from the angle of the lower plate's formed part for full penetration root. The plates are CNC plasma cut and formed, ensuring cost and time savings while maintaining high accuracy. The total mass is 28.52 kilograms.
