Shortly after he’d lost his eye Wotan noticed that he started to see the world in a different light. Any technical design looked like a flat blueprint. All flaws became glaringly obvious and Wotan immediately sought to correct them by adding new parts. Fenrir is one of Wotan’s first designs which he’d created when he’d still been living under a different name Eventually Wotan’s vision only became sharper: he learned to find concentrations of metals under the ground and detect Raiders from miles away.
