These can be very interrupting to everyday life. There is a stigma in society that you shouldn’t show weakness, and to hide your emotions. I don’t want to hide any part of myself, and I live by the saying “Some days you thrive, and some days you're merely here to survive.” Not everyone can be happy all the time, and that is okay.
