After the Black Mesa incident, the plans for the Tau Cannon had surfaced, giving the military the possibility to further improve and downsize the technology, so that it could find usage in their own guns. However, several terrorist organizations have also gotten information about those blueprints… This is my submission for the CS20 weapon skin contest to celebrate 20 years of Counter-Strike! The skin was inspired by the Tau Cannon from Half Life 1 - the game, which, as we all know, led to the creation of Counter Strike! I really liked the idea of further developing a weapon from Half Life 1, to then exist in the CS universe, and the Tau Cannon was a great candidate! Hope you all like it!
