Remixed from several sources, I utilized original components with modifications to create a functional webcam adapter. The C270 Inner and Outer Plates by luc_e were used as is, requiring no adjustments, as they fit perfectly onto the build plate. To secure the inner plate to the main webcam body, the original screws were employed. Meanwhile, two M3x12 Countersunk bolts were utilized to attach the outer plate to the inner one, as these were readily available. The focus ring from elfco proved ineffective due to a print defect, which resulted in an oversized interior that failed to make contact with the lens. Furthermore, the ring's design didn't allow for secure locking into the teeth of the lens, even if it had fit correctly. Consequently, I sought out an alternative solution. Combining the inner focus ring from elfco with the outer plate from luc_e yielded a superior outcome. The revised assembly provided a precise fit to the locking teeth of the lens and enabled complete adjustment of the focal range without any slippage or unlocking issues between the ring and the lens. To create a mounting bracket, I remixed elements from rleblanc and Willie42's designs. Specifically, I incorporated the top section from Willie42's bracket with the rest of rleblanc's design. To finalize this adaptation, I employed luc-e's C270 hinge mount, resized it to fit, and adjusted the holes for a M3x30 cap head bolt and locking nut. The resulting bracket fits snugly onto the front upper frame of the printer, maintaining its position even when not clipped over a frame fixing bolt.
