CTC Bizer optical Z-axis endstop
thingiverse
Optical sensor for CTC Bizer Z-axis - adjustable. The stationary part, the moving part, the spacer, the cam follower, and the flag. And the sensor itself, which requires poking with a soldering iron: cut off the analog output completely, invert the digital output, use an unused half of the comparator: connect pins 2-7 and 3-8, connect the output to pin 1. Place a 5-10k resistor on the plus side. Cut the output tracks on the back. I sealed it with nail polish. Mechanical part: The spacer is attached to the fixed bracket, which the moving part runs along, and to which the sensor is attached through a cam follower. The connections are made in a lark's tail shape. You'll need to adjust it slightly with a file. It's regulated by an M4 screw. Loaded with a cylindrical spring, I only had one so I used two through a washer.
