CTC Bizer spool holder.

After having my printer for nearly 11 months I thought that it was time to look into improving the filament spool holder. The holder on the back works okay but my printer came without the feeding tubes, which meant the filament rubbed against the wooden frame which caused the black paint to come off. I then made my tubes which solved the problem but these tubes were more of a temporary solution. However this was back in December. Several months later the tubes have now become very worn and are causing many issues regarding the extruder motor isn't strong enough to pull the filament through. So I have designed this spool holder which clips on to the wood on both the RIGHT and LEFT sides of the printer. Please note this will not fit on the back or front due to the wood sizes to be different. The spool in the pictures touches the wooden frame of the printer. So I have added a holder arm which is 25mm longer which adds more clearance. Print Settings Printer: CTC Bizer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: No support of raft needed. Printed with Excelvan PLA in silver at 215C Custom Section What to print? Print two of the filament holder parts. The tube the rod fits onto is the original one that came with the printer, alternatively you can print this (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000542) you will need the tube and two nuts. Or find them with the other thing files. UPDATE:1 Added a straight holder which holds the filament directly above the frame rather than at 45 degrees. Also I added the centre rod and nuts from here:(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000542/#files) but I shortened the thread on one side as it was too long, it is now equal on each side.
