So, for my CTC this was a little (just by a little) too tight height wise and also with the extruder block. I trimmed out the inner curved edges, and made a few different sizes for varying models. The original (Raggen7 made this for the Wanhao i4) was 36mm in height, my 36mm height version is obv the same, just with the inner edges cut out for better fit on CTC machines (mine and my friends at least). For various other reasons, I needed my nozzle a little lower than the original was created for, so I altered the height and made a 37mm version and a 38mm version. I also cut the model in half, as I figured this would make a very handy nozzle removal tool... I've found the block turns and swivels when undoing or doing up the nozzle. By cutting this in half I can either just hold it in place covering one extruder and preventing the other from spinning or quickly bolt it so I have 2 hands free. It's based on the 38mm version so should be enough clearance. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% - 50% Notes: Infill is down to you, I just happened to use 25% or 50% when I printed some.
