CTC Prusa Y Bearing Block - Better fit for cable ties

This is not much of a major change, but after printing I found the small cable tie holes to be too small. This design replaces the round holes with rectangular cut-outs sized for a 2.5mm wide cable tie. The cut outs at the top of the bracket has also been sized accordingly.
