CTC Replicator dual adjustable feet

After a month of printing and tweaking bits here and there its time to get this bot level. I never noticed just how much out of level my bench actually was until I got these adjustable feet designed, printed and fitted. I used (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:104796) as inspiration for a set of adjustable feet that fit the strange bottom corners of my ctc replicator dual Due to the strange and quirky design of the case or just the cheap production not a single corner is the same, Front left and Rear right should be the same as should front right and rear left but on my bot they are not. I could have made all 4 corners different to match the case but for the sake of 1mm difference and the hours of design work it was just as easy to make one front / rear set and live with it. Print Settings Printer: CTC Rep dual Sailfished Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 25-50 Notes: I printed these with ABS at 25% infill with 2 shells as during testing they seemed to be strong enough to hold up to holding up my bot... Rafts are not required unless you print with them but supports are required. Post-Printing I used 4 x M6 45mm nuts and bolts from local hardware store. Either tap the holes with an m6x1mm pitch tap (or what match your bolts) or put the bolt through the round foot and then tighten the nut down and use the assembled part to thread through the case part of the foot. This way it will be very tight and will require a fair bit of pressure to turn then round but it also means they will not adjust on there own as you use the machine. If you tap the holes then you can use the nut to tighten up against the case part of the foot to lock them in place that way. I part tapped the hole 3/4 of the way through then screwed the bottom part in and used it to cut the last bit of the thread. Once fitted to the case and your happy with them you can screw them to the housing with 2.5 x 5mm screws (or whatever you can find or have) so they do not come off if you have to move your bot. They are a snug tight fit on my bot so have not screwed them in and if you ever need to get inside to the mainboard area where the electronics are located you would need to remove the screws before you remove the adjustable feet then you can remove the bottom cover.
