CTC to Titan&V6

Hi, I like to show my modification on my CTC what I bought 3 years ago. After a lot of modification I still was not happy with the resolution of the printer. Always problems with intrusion. My first idea was to by a new cheap chinese printer what you can get for 150,- Euro. After all mechanical modification on my printer what I did already I was scared to start again with a new one. I decided to buy the E3d solution. First just the hot end, second the titan extruder. I know, lot of many but know I got what I'm looking for. I used the original carriage and designed some parts for it. As you see on one picture I used thread inlays for the mount. Anyway, if you can change the design in the attached dxf file. One other thing, as you can see the design is prepared for a inductive z-sensor and auto level. A while ago I changed my board to the one from flashforge with the atmega 2560. Unfortunately up to now I was not able to activate automatic leveling in sailfish. I installed the inductive sensor on the housing. This was a big improvement. Since then I never leveled my bed again. I think a lot of problems are the reconstruction of the mechanical z limit switch. Finally I'm quit happy with this solution. Tweaking will be still left, of course:-) Here a short movie in motion: https://youtu.be/2fGnYb4o8Wk
