I merged two models (with a bunch of tweaks):http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:136274http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:413106 Thanks for the starting points!! I've uploaded the regular stl and the one with all my MeshMixer supports. Instructions From the two starting models I used mostly MeshMixer to cut off the head and sword of the body and to fill in the mask to make a head. The body was very far from manifold, so I used Blender and by accident discovered that you can Thicken the whole model. It worked perfectly to seal up the gaps with an acceptable loss of detail. At several stages, I used https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net to dispose of all the errors and internal geometry. I went back to MeshMixer for the Support generation. The initial supports were too weak for the cape so I did an excessive amount of reinforcing the lowest tips and adding supports for very long or sharply angled supports.
