My Cub Cadet (SC 300) lawn mower's carburetor has a plastic screw with d-shaped socket head. This is a 1/4 inch hex insert bit with a male d-shaped tip which fits in this screw head. The results made for a pretty loose fit but it gets the job done without damaging the plastic screw. You'll want to put this in a screwdriver that accepts 1/4 inch hex bits.
