This is the base for a yet to be revealed badge for Cyphercon 2.0. Since I don't think there is time to make enough of these before the conference, I'll just leave this here. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: Low Infill: 15% Notes: I was able to print at low resolution, without supports without problems, but there are occasional fallouts, so adding supports would be better. I suggest rafts, to make a better grip on the table, though it can be printed without those too, it just wanted to knock off a leg from time to time. Looking at the way it was imported, I'd suggest rotating it onto its legs. Post-Printing you will have to use a knife to clean up the strings and separate the raft/supports. Could possibly use other methods to smooth out the surfaces. How I Designed This Background This electronic badge project is being created by some friends, so I decided to add some of my time to build a nice usable stand for when the badge is not hanging around the participants necks (I.E. when hackery ensues, or it needs to be displayed). I used Autocad to make this possible, taking 2D and extruding to 3D. also featured in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mwoX_dtcoc&feature=youtu.be
