This 3D model was originally created using Sketchup 8 and then converted to various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp, while 3ds Max scenes are in 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 as of June 25, 2015. Textures can be found within the .skp file. To extract textures from a .skp file, consider the following software options: Sketchup (Free) makes it easy to export images directly from the software by selecting File/Export/2D Graphic and choosing the desired 2D file format. An alternative method is to go to File -> Export -> 3D Model and choose COLLADA Files (*.dae). In the Options, ensure Export Texture Maps is checked. Locate the exported file directory and navigate to a folder with the same name as the exported file, which should contain all the textures. C4D (even just using the trial version) automatically generates a texture folder next to the .skp file when importing it. 3ds Max can store texture files in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages upon import of the .skp file. Additionally, exporting an FBX file with Embed Media option enabled will create a folder containing textures along with the exported FBX file. Rhinoceros 3D (also available as a trial version) makes it easy to find and manage textures when importing an .skp file. After opening material editor panels->Material editor select any material that includes a texture, then click on the texture name in Textures section followed by the three-dot button to access all embedded files stored in ..AppDataLocalTempembedded_files. You can now freely copy and paste textures into any desired folder.
