Cubesat Printed Box Assembly

The is a six piece box that's screwed together with aluminum screws. It was design to withstand the force exerted on it when deployed. It could be built with a closed box or modified to have open sides exposing internal parts. The great thing about having a 3D printed foundation is that end users could add features accordingly. If they needed bosses to support a circuit boards just model them in and print the new sides. Mounting features or holes could easily be added for sensors, brackets, leds, motors or what ever item was going to be required for your test or mission. This design would be easy to scale 2x or 6x length and still maintain it's functionality and strength.
