Cubicle Clips

Cubicle Clips

thingiverse

This object is designed to firmly clip onto the metal rail across the top of a standard cubicle wall. It should click into place and fit very snugly. Once in place, you can hang objects off of the built-in hoops. This thing was made with Tinkercad. This object is easily modified. I have used it to vertically mount very large 3D prints above a cubicle wall. Edit it online https://tinkercad.com/things/3HLSlZT0OqC NOTE: It is critical that the object is printed on its side. Because the clips bend slightly before snapping into place, the bend cannot be parallel with the layers or it'll break. Instructions Print, cool, trim any excess. Place the item on top of the cubicle wall. Push down on the back end so where the nub is just past the metal lip. Push down on the front end. You should hear a very satisfying click as it tightly adheres to the top of your cubicle wall. If it does not adhere tightly, something is wrong. This thing is incredibly secure. For removal, you may need to use a flathead screwdriver to gently pull one side away from the wall. You can modify this item with other types of mounts. I have used a semi-circle to hold a very large bust of a Voronoi Yoda to the top of my cubicle. I'll be posting pictures shortly.
