Cuisinart Pizzelle front clip I did a torture test on this: 1. Clamped the clip into a vice attached to my drill press 2. Printed a PLUS sign that fits onto my drill press. 3. Turned drill press on 4. Allowed the plus sign to hit the clip which moves it back and forth 5. 3 minutes later the clip retained its shape but the impact damaged the corners. 3 minutes x 620 rpm x 4 arms = 7 440 theoretical OPEN/CLOSE cycles. Also included is an experimental clip that seems to be better, it spreads out the bend over the whole curve on the clip. This clip however, has not been torture tested.
