This is a cup holder for people on crutches, tie some ribbon or string between the two small holes and then you can wear this around your neck and slot a coffee cup into the large hole. Using a tall paper cup and you are not limited to drinks, you could also carry sweets, corn flakes, or anything that would usually go into a bowl. Works best if the ribbon isn't too long.
