Cup Turner V9

Cup Turner V9

This is the most recent version of the cup turner project i have been designing. It uses 5 608 bearings (skateboard/roller blade). The load bearing shaft is 3/4 EMT. The rest of the frame is 1/2in. pvc and printed parts. It should be able to spin up to 9 cups at a time. I have 2 printed out and running. It runs fine with no load for 24hrs tested, but the motor skips when loaded. I will be replacing the motor with a new one to see if that fixes the problem and posting some pictures soon. This is still considered a WIP until tested succefully under load. The 5way cross and the leg holes are adapted/remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:533557. Due to the 40 dollar cost of the rotisserie motor required for this particular design i am re-designing this to accommodate just the motor from the rotisserie which can be sourced separately for 5 dollars approximately. I will leave this version as is for anyone needing or wanting to use the rotisserie motor plates or square drive adapter
