I designed a fender mount for my BMC E-Bike, because the fender always hit the tire during riding. It was really annoying so I came up with this solution maybe it helps somebody. The parts are designed to fit on 46 mm wide curana fenders. PETG works fine for the parts. If you just want to secure the fender to the carrier you only need to print the part "Schutzblechhalter" . Therefore two m5 nuts and two m5 x 16 mm screws are needed. If you want to reuse the reflector which is glued to the carrier I created the part "Reflektor" for it. You can mount it together with the "Schutzblechhalter" and clip the reflector in. Please note the "Schutzblechhalter" needs to be post processed with a heatgun. This way the layers are oriented best for the load case. I would suggest to print this part with 100% infill to reduce deformation during bending. For the "Reflektor" you can use 30% infill.
