Curtain pole bracket

Curtain pole bracket

thingiverse

These brackets were made to hold up a simple curtain pole over a doorway. The pole was a re-purposed 27.5mm (approx) diameter brush/broom stale/stick/handle. I made a few different spacers to cater for larger/smaller curtain hoops to give more clearance behind the pole to the wall. I also provide the spacers separately for more flexibility. The hole through the bracket is 7mm and is countersunk (82degrees) and I used #8 woodscrews to hold them to the wall. The pole is a good firm snap-fit into the brackets and the pole can be unclipped again with moderate force.
