These are supports for a 7/16" (11mm) curtain rod which I found in the dumpster. You can also paint PVC pipe to save a bundle. Use your imagination for end caps. The short hanger goes in the center so the rod won't sag. Designed for #10 pan head screws. Post-Printing File or scrape any sharp edges with a hobby knife until smooth.
