Curtain Rod Holder for 1-5/16" OD pipe

When I saw the prices of curtain rods I decided to make my own. I used a file from AcademyFab's '$2 Curtain Rod System - IKEA' and modified it to accept a simple plastic plumbing pipe from Lowes. The pipe is sold as 1" but the outer diameter will be roughly 1-5/16". It is $6.48 for 10 feet of this stuff, versus the $30 or so I was seeing on Amazon for one curtain rod I can do three standard size windows in my house with one 10 foot section. The pipe snaps into the holder quite nicely. I have done a few test pieces already, I am now printing a couple in wood filament to stain. I also resized it, made the screw holes just slightly smaller than 1/4", and transferred the design to both sides. I print these upright with tree supports and they come out nicely. Will update with photos if there is any interest. There are curtain rod ends all over thingiverse that could be easily modified to push into the ends of the pipe.
