Yo dawg I heard you like picks...so I made a pick shaped box so you can pick while you pick your pick... Another riff on the living hinge, using it for the sides of a curved box rather than an actual hinge. Instructions Laser cut the patterns and then slot the tabs into the holes. The hole at the top is double width to accomodate two tabs; this should be reasonably intuitive. You might benefit from a dab of hot glue around the tab joints. Designed for 1/8"/3.5mm plywood.
