Five pieces for the design of a coat hanger with wooden handles of 28 mm diameter. Top piece, bottom piece and 3 fixing studs. Ideally the low sleeves should be at least 140cm and the high sleeves between 15cm and 25cm. The legs at the bottom must be connected by a fabric triangle, not present on the picture to avoid sagging and depending on the density and finish of your abs, breakage.
