I implemented this for my drones so the lipo batteries could be securely attached and were also protected in the event of a crash.. this happens often. There are two design options, in one case the battery slides in from one end, in the other case the top is open and the battery is inserted from the top. In either case print it with no supports with the open face upwards. If you use the open-top design, you may wish to shave a few millimetres off the battery height parameter so that the velcro holds it snug. There are multiple options for mounting bolts and for having slots for a vecro strap supports. If the battery cables interfere with the velcro, or if the cable though-holes don't line up with the cables on your battery, you might be able to just rotate the battery 90 degrees by swapping your width and height parameters. The mounting bolt holes, if you select those options, are optimised for M3 bolts.
