DIY ammo box for 223 rem / 5.56 nato, with included "Bubbas Pissin' Hot Handloads" design. I recommend at least 110lb index cardstock for this, if you can find it 80lb cover would be even better, and that's the limit of most household printers. If you've got a special printer that can handle it, go as heavy as you want, 140lb cover would be like a normal ammo box. Everything included is sized for a US Letter sized piece of paper, it will also fit on an a4 sheet of paper but make sure it's sized correctly. Instructions: First up, you've gotta print the design you want onto the paper, which is optional of course, if you want a blank white box then you don't need to print anything. Next up, you'll need to cut out the actual box shape, you can either use the lines on the template to guide you or cut it out on a circut machine, which is where the svg files come in. You'll need to import those into design space and set the fold lines to be scored, if you have a scoring tool, or just delete them so they don't get cut. Also, if you end up going the cricut route DONT FORGET TO SCALE IT, for some reason the software chooses some random scaling value on everything you import, the size in inches is right there in the name of the file! Then, you've gotta fold part 1 of the box up, part 2 is the bottom of the box since it can't be fit onto a letter or a4 sized page, that needs to be glued on seperately. Last but not least, 3d print the ammo tray, preferably in petg or asa to prevent warping when it's hot outside, but hey, I'm not your dad! Also, you probably should've done this step first, since it takes the longest.
