this is a custom made battery case I made that uses the parts from this item on amazon.com https://www.amazon.com/%F0%9F%92%97-Orcbee-Portable-5x18650-External/dp/B07L8Z8VPT/ref=sr_1_19?ie=UTF8&qid=1548968831&sr=8-19&keywords=diy+solar+power+bank It requires 2 of these kits for the solar panels which are wired in series, + to + - to _ that sort of thing, I have also designed it in 4 sizes up to 40 cells. I have included the 3d files and stl files for those that find any flaws in the design that I missed. to put it together just get the parts, print out the case, and have hot glue on hand, I recommend you hot glue the gaps between the batteries to keep them from moving around if your using individual cells or cell groups from old power banks as when they shift about they weaken the metal strips holding them together. And when you wire the batteries up put the positive lead at the very first cell closest to the board and the negative lead at the very last farthest from the board as this will cause the cells to charge from the outside in, acting as a crude balancing system.
