Custom Cases for Board Game Tokens

Version 2 (Feb 20, 2020): Added option to print hexagonal cases. While printing hundreds of [Kandyhouse's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3831044) of token cases for Quacks of Quedlinburg I realized how useful this could be for protecting any cardboard game tokens and making them easier to handle. [Note: the link now generates a 404 error]. So I came up with this customizer to generate cases for any regular shaped tokens, specifically rectangular and round tokens. I checked Thingiverse and was surprised such a thing didn't exist already. The output is two parts, a smaller top part and a larger bottom part. Insert the token into the top, then push it all down into the bottom part. I think clear PLA looks great with these cases. There are just a handful of input parameters to set: **Type** (Rectangle, Circle, Hexagon). Rectangle will create a rectangular case with rounded corners; Circle a round case, a Hexagon a hexagonal case with rounded corners. **W Token** and **L Token** are the dimensions of the token. Dependent on the type chosen, if both dimensions are the same the customizer will produce a case that is a square, a circle case, or a hexagon with equal sides. Should the dimensions be different, the case will be rectangular, an oval (which is unlikely to be useful), or a parallelogon. **H Token** is the height (or thickness) of the token. **Rim Width** defines how wide the small rim is that holds the token in place. It can be adjusted in case the rim obscures important text on the token. **Inner Tolerance** defines how much space there is between the token and the surrounding case and can be increased to make it easier to fit the token in, if needed. (Obviously, simply increasing the values wToken and lToken would have the same effect.) The script doesn't do any serious range checking so if you enter stupid values, the script may blow up.
