I designed this simple prosthetic device for our rescue puppy Hope who lost her front leg in a car accident. Main body printed in PETG and the nub printed in TPU to allow some cushioning and elasticity. I found a 3/4" rod flange to fix onto the body with screws (had to drill into body as its quite tough) then used a 1/2" rod for the leg. The numb also has a hole for 1/2" pipe. I suggest adding traction to bottom of nub and also gluing the pipe onto it. I added Velcro straps which had a sticky end at the back and glued the opposite pieces together. You can also print letters separately and glue on if you want to print the name of the pet as a nice touch! I left the lettering for Hope. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments and I hope this can be useful for anyone else looking to make something like this for a pet.
