One Filter can be cut into 6 filter pieces, giving you up to 6 days of mask use from a single mask. Steps include: 3D print the parts in resin Cure the parts Coat the parts in UV clear protective coating Install 1/4" foam seal to the mask seat cut valve material from 1mm silicone use a 3mm (M3) screw to assemble the exhaust valves cut a 50mmx50mm filter material insert into mask breathe fresh air. use 1/4" rubber bands for head straps. *Note, this is a remix of the Popular “Montana Mask”. *No Mask can guarantee protection from COVID-19 As such, Although I have taken the engineering of this product very seriously and followed all best design practices, ultimately it depends on how you use the mask, what filter material you install in the mask and your post assembly inspection to determine suitability for a purpose.
