Custom Filament Spool (For drill winding homemade filament!)

Since purchasing the Filastruder I needed something to hold the filament I've produced. I've seen the variable size holders but they require one's self to manually wind up the filament. I wanted to use a drill and had no empty spools (believe it or not.. lol) except the rep-rapper spools which have a VERY small center to them. So I designed this, holds 1kg of filament easily (Pictured holding 1092g) Center Spool is 70mm in diameter, 50mm across and 32mm in the center (same as the rep-rapper spools). Instructions Print the following: Center Spool.stl - qty. 1 - 10% infill, 2 extra shells (3 in total) Core-washer - qty. 1 - 25% infill, 2 extra shells (3 in total) Spool Retainer - qty. 2 - 25% infill, 2 extra shells (3 in total) ** The Core-washer only needs to be printed once and can be used over and over for each spool. Required: 5/16" x 4" carriage bolt, washer & nut - mine is galvanized but that's what I had on hand... Any 5/16" carriage bolt will do. 6 5/8" screws - qty. 6 with countersunk heads Cardboard :) - mine is about 1/8" thick, make sure it's quite stiff. Cut 2 cardboard circles (9" in diameter), find the center and use the "core" printed above to trace the hole size. Cut it out using an X-Acto knife. Center the Spool Retainer and punch 3 small holes in each piece of cardboard. Screw the Spool retainers onto the Center Spool on each side. Punch a small hole in the cardboard right next to the retainer to hold the end of the filament. Insert the core into the Center of the spool, put the printed washers on the carriage bolt (1 on each side), place the 5/16" washer on and tighten 5/16" nut (no need for excessive force) Insert the filament and run your drill in reverse so the nut does not undo. Try to keep the filament even as you wind it (I also run it through a cloth in 1 hand to take off any dust). Try not to apply too much force when at the edges as it'll bow out the cardboard.
