Custom foam insert - Pelicase 0915 for SD cards

Here is a custom foam insert for the Pelicase 0915 (for SD cards) It originaly holds 6 micro SD and 12 SD cards (you can see the removed insert on the second photo) Now I can fit 12 SD and 18 micro SD cards You could event make it olds 24 microSD if you replace the 2 original foam inserts. I used EVA foam 2mm thickness in 3 layers bottom layer : no cut but the inner case contour shape middle layer : micro SD cut + contour shape top layer : SD card cut + contour shape A 3mm thickness for the SD cards layer can be better (but I did not have one on hand) Laser cut on a DIY laser engraver/cutter (laser diode 2.5W) Envoy !
