Custom joystick - Extreme 3D Pro conversion

This is a custom Joystick grip that I designed to replace my existing Logitech Extreme 3D Pro grip. I placed the existing Logitech main PCB in the stick itself, and re-wired all the pins to new hat-switches and buttons so I have access to everything with one hand. It could also be customized to work with a custom solution using arduino or otherwise if so desired. It features positions for 4 hat switches, 2 buttons, a scroll wheel (attached to pot), finger brake (attached to pot) and a 2 stage trigger (this uses 2 switches and a spring to work). The STEP file JOY-000 contains the complete grip with everything in position, and most of the hardware. I would still consider this a WIP design so understand there may be some trial and error required. I only printed one version of these parts and although it worked well I did break out my modeling knife, files and pliers a few times. Mainly for the parting lines and overlapping sections of the enclosures which can be a bit tight. Not to mention all the support material. Overall there's lots of room for improvement! I have moved on to working on a throttle but may return to this design eventually. All parts with the JOY- prefix are the printable components. (Other than JOY-000 which is the main assembly.)
